Established and operated by the Agostino Family since 1971 9195-Estado is a Signature Exclusive Hearst Castle design inspired by a 16th Century Spanish coat of arms crest embroidered and appliquéd on a red velvet banner. Located in the Billiards Room, this stately antique is a reminder of Hearst's affinity towards royal and military memorabilia. Our version is a finely embroidered trellis design accented with fleur de lis embroidery motifs on a duppioni silk ground. Estado is available in fifteen colorations and is shown here in Comino. 9179-Vantare is a Signature Exclusive Hearst Castle design inspired by an 18th Century Italian silk velvet altar frontal embroidered with gold threads. This piece adorns the Assembly Room, where guests at Hearst Castle gathered for cocktails before dinner. Our adaptation features an impressive large scale damask scroll motif woven with metallic wrapped yarns on a luxurious rayon chenille ground.
